These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Builthewoman.com (the “Site”) and all courses, membership programs, coaching, done-for-you services, and live events offered by BUILDTHEWOMANCOM INC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or purchasing any Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase any Service.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Refund, Cancellation, and Returns Policy, which are incorporated by reference.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or purchase any Service. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Accounts and Account Security
Some Services require creating an account. You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use.
3. Products and Services
We offer online courses (self-paced digital training), membership programs (recurring access to ongoing content/community), coaching (1:1 or group), done-for-you services, and live events. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are as stated on the Site at the time of purchase and are subject to change without notice for future purchases.
4. Pricing and Taxes
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). The Site may display estimated conversions to other currencies for your convenience based on your location, but charges are processed in USD unless otherwise stated at checkout. Applicable tax may be added at checkout based on your location.
5. Payment and Payment Authorization
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors, including Stripe, PayPal, and Klarna. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount, including recurring charges for subscriptions/memberships as described in Section 7. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
6. Order Acceptance
Your order is not final until payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of the Service purchased, in which case any payment collected will be refunded.
7. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal
Membership programs are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly) until canceled. By purchasing a membership, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on each renewal date. You may cancel your membership at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. No refund or credit is provided for the unused portion of a billing period already paid for. 8. Digital Content License
When you purchase a course or other digital content, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use that content for your own personal or business use. You may not share, reproduce, resell, distribute, or sublicense any course or coaching materials. We reserve the right to revoke access if this license is violated.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site and within our Services, including course materials, coaching frameworks, videos, written content, branding, and design, is owned by BUILDTHEWOMANCOM INC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of this content to you.
10. Testimonials, Reviews, and User-Generated Content
If you submit a testimonial, review, comment, or similar content, you grant BUILDTHEWOMANCOM INC a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use your name, photo, video, and submitted content (in whole or in part) in our marketing and promotional materials, in any medium. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee that you or any other customer will achieve similar results.
11. No Guarantee of Results
Our courses, coaching, and programs are educational and developmental in nature. Individual results will vary based on factors including your effort, business circumstances, market conditions, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific income, business outcome, or result from using our Services. You are solely responsible for the business and financial decisions you make. We do not provide legal, tax, financial, or accounting advice, consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.
12. Live Events
Live event tickets are non-refundable. If you cancel at least 14 days before the event, you may request a store credit toward a future event instead of a refund. Requests made less than 14 days before the event are not eligible for credit.
13. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Site or Services unlawfully; interfere with the Site's operation; attempt to access other users' accounts; scrape or harvest data from the Site; post unlawful, harassing, or infringing content; or violate any applicable law in connection with your use of the Site.
14. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.
15. Website Availability and Errors
We do not guarantee that the Site or Services will be available at all times or free of errors. We may correct pricing or content errors at any time and are not obligated to honor an order placed based on an error.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except where prohibited by law, the Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BUILDTHEWOMANCOM INC and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BUILDTHEWOMANCOM INC from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or Services, to the extent permitted by law.
19. Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us at [email protected] first so we can attempt to resolve it directly. By purchasing our Services, you agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer for Services that have been delivered or access that has been granted, and to instead pursue resolution directly with us.
20. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, without refunding any amount already paid, except as required by our Refund Policy or applicable law.
21. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, or internet/technology failures.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except to the extent a customer's local law provides non-waivable consumer protections that cannot be displaced by this choice of law.
23. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis (no class or representative actions), with venue in Miami-Dade County, Florida, except where such arbitration is found unenforceable for a given customer, in which case the dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Nothing in this Section limits any non-waivable right you have under the law of your country or state of residence.
24. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
25. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
26. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund, Cancellation, and Returns Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BUILDTHEWOMANCOM INC regarding the Site and Services.
27. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on the Site. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
